TOWN CHALLENGE - FAT TIRE BIKE RACE

RACE LOCATION 

• Howelsen Hill Nordic 

  • 3855 Howelsen Pkwy, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487

 

RACE OVERVIEW 

• This race will be an circuit format with combination of single track and groomed Nordic trails .  

  • Advanced Course - TBD

  • Beginner Course - TBD

• Prior to competing in this race, please review the OFFICIAL RACES RULES and list of REQUIRED EQUIPMENT  

 

RACE REGISTRATION 

• Registration for the Town Challenge Fat Tire Bike Race  will open on Thursday, December 19 at 10 AM.

• Online race registration will close on Tuesday, January 21 at 11:30 PM. We highly encourage you to register in advance if possible, but if you miss the online registration deadline, race day registration will be available. 

• Race day registration will be located at the Howelsen Hill Lodge and will be available from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

PRICING

• $30 / Per Racer

INDOOR SPACE / BATHROOMS

• We will have access to the bathrooms  at the Howelsen Hill Lodge but please come dressed and ready to race.

PRE-RACE MEETING

• 6:00 PM in  Haymaker Nordic Center Patio  

 

RACE START TIMES 

• 6:10 PM - Advanced Division 

• 6:12 PM - Beginner Division 

 

When you check-in at the race, you will receive your bib/number, safety pins, etc. ​

POST-RACE SOCIAL

• Once you have completed your race, we hope that you will join us at for a fun post race celebration

• Location to be announced soon 

• We will be hosting the sponsor raffle prize giveaway on the Los Locos patio alongside the post race party
